Stories About the Academy

Real reflections from people moving through My Gift Academy — experiences of clarity, stillness, structure, and returning to themselves.

Returning to who I was before life became too noisy.

I've spent years taking care of other people and somewhere along the way I realized I had become very disconnected from taking care of myself. When I joined My Gift Academy, I wasn't looking for some dramatic life reset. I simply wanted more clarity and peace. What surprised me was how structured and practical the experience felt. The movie opened questions I had quietly avoided for years and the sound journeys became something I genuinely looked forward to. I'm currently around halfway through Rebirth and I already notice that I react differently to stress, sleep better, and feel more present with my family and work. It feels less like changing who I am and more like returning to who I was before life became too noisy.

I no longer confuse movement with progress.

My life has always moved fast. Business, growth, targets, expansion. I've spent years helping companies scale and teaching people to think bigger, but I rarely stopped to ask myself whether I was moving in the right direction personally. My Gift Academy was unexpected for me because it wasn't about motivation or productivity. It was about clarity. The combination of the movie, the reflection exercises and the sound journeys created something I hadn't experienced before. I completed the main milestones of the program and left with something much more valuable than inspiration. I feel calmer, make decisions faster, and I no longer confuse movement with progress.

Better questions appeared naturally.

I joined My Gift Academy with curiosity and healthy skepticism. I've explored personal growth for many years and thought I had already seen most frameworks. What I appreciated here was that the Academy didn't try to give me answers. It created conditions where better questions appeared naturally. The Rebirth journey felt less like education and more like remembering something I had forgotten about myself. The Clarity Test checkpoints were especially interesting because they gave structure to experiences that are usually difficult to describe. I completed most of the program and walked away with more inner stillness and a stronger sense of direction.

I've started listening to myself again.

I started My Gift Academy during a period where everything on the outside looked fine, but internally I felt exhausted and disconnected. I wasn't expecting such an emotional response to the movie and I definitely wasn't expecting sound to affect me the way it did. I'm still in the early part of the journey, but there have already been moments where I felt emotions surface that I hadn't given myself permission to feel for years. Instead of pushing through life, I've started listening to myself again. That alone has made this experience worth it.

Operating from a calmer and clearer place.

I tend to approach things analytically and I usually lose interest quickly if something feels too abstract. My Gift Academy surprised me because there was enough structure to stay engaged but enough space to make the journey personal. The workbook exercises pushed me to reflect more honestly than I expected. Somewhere between the sound journeys and revisiting the movie chapters, I noticed that my focus improved and my mind felt less scattered. I'm not finished yet, but I already feel like I'm operating from a calmer and clearer place.

The journey was gradual, quiet and surprisingly powerful.

There comes a point where you realize life has become mostly responsibility and very little presence. That was my starting point. My Gift Academy gave me permission to slow down and reconnect with parts of myself I had neglected for years. The journey wasn't dramatic. It was gradual, quiet and surprisingly powerful. Completing most of the Rebirth path gave me more confidence in my own decisions and helped me stop seeking constant validation from outside. I feel lighter now and much more excited about the years ahead.

I feel like I'm driving my life again instead of reacting to it.

I joined because someone I trust told me this wasn't another motivational course. They were right. My Gift Academy challenged me in unexpected ways. Instead of teaching me how to do more, it made me question why I was doing so much in the first place. The sound journeys became a daily ritual and the Clarity framework gave me language for things I had felt but never articulated. I'm still progressing through the Academy, but the biggest change so far is simple: I feel like I'm driving my life again instead of reacting to it.

Creating time for myself without guilt.

For me the most valuable part of My Gift Academy wasn't the content itself, even though I loved the movie and the sound experiences. It was the feeling that I was finally creating time for myself without guilt. The Academy gave me structure, but also permission to slow down and ask deeper questions. I completed the core milestones and the biggest shift has been in how I speak to myself. I became softer, more patient, and surprisingly more ambitious at the same time.

Clarity sounds abstract until you begin experiencing it.

I came into My Gift Academy expecting ideas. What I found was experience. There are very few programs that combine philosophy, emotional work, structure and practical daily habits in a way that actually fits into real life. The sound journeys helped me create moments of stillness that I didn't realize I was missing. The process is ongoing for me, but I already feel more intentional in both work and relationships. Clarity sounds abstract until you begin experiencing it.

Personal growth feels enjoyable instead of exhausting.

I didn't join because something was terribly wrong. I joined because I felt like life had become repetitive and I wanted to reconnect with meaning. I'm still early in the Academy, but I already notice small things changing. I am more present, less rushed and somehow more optimistic. The My Gift movie stayed with me for days and the sound journeys became moments where I could finally put everything down and just be. I'm excited to continue because for the first time in a long time, personal growth feels enjoyable instead of exhausting.
